Gary Kemp, Operations Director

Gary Kemp is a logistics expert who specialises in Transport Strategy with a particular emphasis on quality of service and cost reduction.

Gary has spent 25 years working for leading 3PL's including Wincanton, Tibbett and Britten and Exel Logistics. He has held various senior roles within Transport, Distribution and Operations. He has been responsible for managing teams of people to deliver outstanding results and levels of service. His experience includes re-engineering distribution networks, developing ground breaking partnerships with leading food retailers and developing international transport strategies. He has produced multi-million pound cost savings in the UK, Spain, Central Europe and North America.

Gary is married to Rachel and lives in Worcester with their 2 children. He enjoys playing tennis, football coaching, playing chess and studying history.

Mark Sarginson, General Manager

Mark Sarginson is a logistics expert who specialises in both the commercial and operations side of the business.

Mark spent 11 years of his career working for two major food retailers in various roles within their logistics and distribution operations. He has been responsible for supplier negotiations, budgetary controls, project integration, the management of supplier volume, supply chain consolidation, operating efficiencies and field management. More latterly Mark was Primary Logistics Controller with responsibilities for all upstream movements from suppliers to the retail network, the development of national field team to ensure compliance and succession planning and instrumental to many cross functional working parties in driving organisational performance.

Mark has a Certificate of Professional Competence in National Transport Operations which means that he is equipped to share his depth of knowledge with our clients and partners.

Mark lives in North Bristol with his 4 children and enjoys going to the gym, playing golf and listening to music.

Sally Rixon, Human Resources Director

Sally Rixon is an organisational and people development specialist who has experience of directly formulating and managing high profile and complex change management and development projects.

She has spent 17 years in large FMCGs holding many corporate roles including that of Head of Organisational Development and Head of Supply Chain People Development for a multi-million pound business. She has been responsible for delivering people strategies, developing leadership capability, implementing performance management systems, graduate development, and the development of all line managers from the sales-floor through to the board. Sally has a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management and is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is also a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and is qualified to use a number of psychometric tests including The Good Boss Questionnaire, the Firo-B and Myers Briggs Type Indicator, step I and step II.

Sally is married to Neil and lives in Somerset with their 4 children. She enjoys walking, DIY, going to the theatre and playing the flute.

In addition to her responsibilities at Consolid8 Logistics, Sally is also a Director of Ducks in a Row Ltd and The Talent Pool Ltd.
